Świętokrzyski National Park is located in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in central Poland. It covers the highest ridge of the Świętokrzyskie (Holy Cross) Mountains. It also covers the eastern part of the Klonowski Ridge and part of the Pokrzywianski Ridge. It was established in 1950.

The Ebro delta forms a natural park of 7,736 hectares. It has been protected since 1983, protection extended in 1986.

The Fire Mountains Natural Monument is a protected natural area on Lanzarote. It lies within Timanfaya National Park, encompassing parts of the municipalities of Yaiza and Tinajo. In 1994, this 392.9-hectare area was reclassified as a natural monument. Furthermore, it is included in the list of sites of community interest approved by the European Commission on 28 December 2001.

Biebrza National Park was established in 1993 to protect the largest peat bogs in Poland and Central Europe, located along the Biebrza River. It is Poland's largest national park and is known as a "bird paradise." It is one of Poland's richest reserves for marsh bird species. The park is famous for having the largest moose population in the country and the restored beaver population from which Biebrza takes its name.

The Guiana Amazon Park was created on 27 February 2007. It has an area of 3.4 million hectares distributed among the municipalities of Camopi, Maripa-Soula, Papaïchton, Saint-Elie and Saül. Its population is approximately 10,000 people from the Amerindian communities of the region.
