The Fire Mountains Natural Monument is a protected natural area on Lanzarote. It lies within Timanfaya National Park, encompassing parts of the municipalities of Yaiza and Tinajo. In 1994, this 392.9-hectare area was reclassified as a natural monument. Furthermore, it is included in the list of sites of community interest approved by the European Commission on 28 December 2001.
