The Bahia Palace (قصر الباهية) was first begun by Si Musa, grand vizier under the Alawi sultan Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman, in the 1860s. It was expanded by his son Si Ba Ahmed ibn Musa, grand vizier of Sultan Moulay Abdelaziz, between 1894 and 1900.

Prignitzer Eisenbahn GmbH (PEG) was a railway company based in Berlin. It was part of the Netinera Group. Founded in June 1996 by Thomas Becken, it initially took over operations of several secondary lines in the Prignitz region using low-cost railcars to prevent their imminent closure in northwestern Brandenburg. It later expanded its operations to other parts of Brandenburg and North Rhine-Westphalia, and became responsible for the rail infrastructure of some lines in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It ceased operations in 2012.

The National Stripe Card (strippenkaart) was a ticket used on Dutch public transport from 8 May 1980 to 3 November 2011. On 1st January 2012, the cards were replaced by the Zeeuwse Strip card. This is identical to the 2, 3, and 8 strip cards in terms of validity and price, but with a regional identifier.

The Mittenwaldbahn, popularly known as the Karwendelbahn, is a railway line in the Alps in Austria and Germany. It connects Innsbruck via Seefeld (in Tyrol, Austria) and Mittenwald to Garmisch-Partenkirchen (in Bavaria, Germany). It was built as an electric local railway from 1910 to 1912 by the engineers and contractors Josef Riehl and Wilhelm Carl von Doderer. The route was opened on 28 October 1912 and operated jointly by the Austrian Federal Railways and the Royal Bavarian State Railways.

Viva Air was a Colombian commercial airline founded on 16 September 2009 under the social umbrella of Fast Colombia S.A.S. It began operations on 25 May 2012. Its operating center was located at the José María Córdova International Airport, near Medellín. On 27 February 2023, all operations ceased to be canceled due to serious economic problems on the airline.

The Natural History Museum was created in 1913. It was initially a Provincial Museum, occupying several locations before settling in the current Neo-Manueline building in 1932 as the Dr. Álvaro de Castro Museum. The building, founded in 1911, was originally intended to be a primary school, but was eventually given over to the curatorship of the Museum. It became known as the Maputo Natural History Museum after the country's independence. The institution has several collections of stuffed animals (directly from the African savannahs) such as lions, giraffes, hippos and rhinos), including one of elephant fetuses (between the first 22 months of gestation) from the time of the First World War, the only one in the world, as well as images, statues, musical instruments and accessories from Mozambican tribes.

Västtrafik is the agency responsible for public transport services involving buses, ferries, trains, and the Gothenburg tram network in the county of Västra Götaland, Sweden (plus Kungsbacka Municipality). It was established with the Västra Götaland County on 1 January 1998. Until 31 December 2011 the ownership was shared equally between the Västra Götaland Regional Council and the 49 municipalities in the region, from 1 January 2012 the county council is the sole owner. The fleet consists of approximately 1900 vehicles.

FEVE (Ferrocarriles Españoles de Vía Estrecha = Spanish Narrow Gauge Railways) is a public railway operator founded on 25 September 1965, operated by the Spanish national narrow gauge system, which was managed until its extinction on 31 December 2012, when it passed to Renfe. FEVE has operated a 1250 km narrow gauge network.
The Transcantábrico is a luxury tourist train operated by Renfe from San Sebastián to Santiago de Compostela. The service was inaugurated on 30 July 1983 by the public operator FEVE, whose management ends in 2012.
