La Fiorida is an agritourism complex established in 2004 that operates as a genuine working farm, producing its own cheeses, cured meats, and agricultural products to supply its kitchens directly. It offers accommodations and a spa and wellness center—featuring a heated pool—with facilities built in harmony with local Alpine stone and wood. The complex is home to the Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star-awarded restaurant La Preséf, as well as the Quattro Stagioni restaurant.

Designed by architect Jaime Roca (1899-1970), this luxurious building, constructed with local stone and brick, was inaugurated in 1938 as the Gran Hotel Casino Termas de Reyes and served as an icon of Argentine high society. In the 1940s, it was expropriated and given to the Eva Perón Foundation, which transformed it into a home, school, and rehabilitation clinic for underprivileged children. It resumed its function as a hotel and casino in 1958, the year of its reopening, and after various vicissitudes, in 1999 it was restored and modernized by private investors, becoming the Termas de Reyes Spa Hotel, focused on wellness and relaxation tourism. The site had been a sacred place of rest and healing used by the curacas (local chieftains) and Incas.

The Shree Tauji Baraha Totopani Conservation Committee manages the natural hot springs (Tatopani) and surrounding conservation areas located along the Modi Khola riverbank in the Annapurna Rural Municipality of Nepal's Kaski District. It is highly regarded by trekkers as a restorative stop along the popular Annapurna Circuit route.The committee oversees local amenities, maintains the hot spring bathing pools, and ensures the sustainable use of the natural thermal waters.
