The building housing this establishment was constructed in 1935. During the Second World War, it was confiscated by the German occupiers, and after the war, it became a recreational center for factory workers. It served as a center for workers from Silesia until the 1990s. Subsequently, it returned to private ownership and now operates under its current name, Villa Lotos.
