The Folie Marco Museum is a museum of decorative arts. Its collections of furniture, paintings, and objets d'art tell the story of the bourgeois lifestyle in Alsace from the 17th to the 19th centuries. The museum is housed in a large 18th-century mansion nicknamed "La Folie Marco" because it was the home of Louis-Félix Marco, the bailiff who governed Barr and the surrounding villages.
