This is one (the upper one, at 159 metres above sea level) of the two inclined lifts that run along the upper part of Carrer del Telègraf, in the Guinardó neighbourhood, with a gradient of 45 metres. They were financed by Barcelona City Council with contributions from Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein and were inaugurated in February 2011.
