[Inlandsbanan AB (IBAB) was founded in 1993 and is owned by the fifteen local authorities through which the line passes. - The trip took about 4 1/2 hours and I enjoyed every minute of it. It included a short break in Slagnäs while they moved the locomotive from one end of the train to the other and then another, longer, break at a beach at lake Storavan where you could have a swim, bbq some sausage and just generally feel good (http://ulrika.korkala.se/2010/07/10/steam-train-ride-arvidsjaur-slagnas/).]
