AC Hotels is a Spanish hotel chain founded by Antonio Catalán​ in 1997. Currently, AC owns around 190 hotels, most in the United States and Spain. Since 8 June 2011, AC Hoteles operates as a subsidiary company of Marriott International, Inc., which acquired 50% of the chain.
