Darche Gros was an operator of bus and coach networks in Seine-et-Marne, belonging to the Transdev group. The company was created in 1934, probably to take over the operation by coaches of the tramway from Verneuil-l'Étang to Melun which was then ceasing passenger transport. The head office is historically based in Touquin, in Seine-et-Marne. In 2003, the Marne et Morin Espaces group acquired Darche-Gros. In September of the same year the group decided to rename itself Espaces SA. The Espaces SA group was taken over by Transdev in 2008.
